Taught by someone who runs the calls
Saint Michael's was built on one idea: certification classes should feel like the real thing. Every course is taught by Ricardo H. Loza — a licensed paramedic in California and Nevada and a nationally registered EMS professional who still runs 911 calls: cardiac arrests, pediatric emergencies, trauma scenes, and everything in between.
You won't sit through a slideshow and sign a roster. You'll work real scenarios with your own manikin, get corrected in the moment, and leave able to act with confidence when it counts — at work or at home.
